SHIPPING & HANDLING

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed on Dafuri.com are processed Monday–Friday and will be shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. Shipping times will vary depending on the destination. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

  • If you need to modify your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee your order may be adjusted once it’s been submitted.
  • Shipping and delivery information for orders purchased through PayPal may not be modified once the order has been submitted.

SOUTH KOREA SHIPPING

  • Orders from Dafuri.com are shipped from South Korea.
  • In-store pickup is currently unavailable.

US, JAPAN, SINGAPORE, TAIWAN, HONG KONG SHIPPING

We offer the following shipping rates for the US, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore:

  • US Standard – $13 | Express Shipping – $30
  • Japan Standard – $7 | Express – $20
  • Singapore, Taiwan and Hong Kong Standard – $9 | Express – $25

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Orders from Dafuri.com ship to most countries. To check if we ship to your location, please use the shipping cost calculator in your shopping bag.
  • If your region is not listed, we are unfortunately unable to ship to your country. However, if your region appears, we can ship to your location.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

  • Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and countries customs fees.
  • We currently offer Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) shipping, meaning that customers are responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • If a package is recorded as delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please contact us at cs@dafuri.com within 2 weeks of placing your order.
  • Once you’ve reported your package as lost, our Customer Service team will reach out to FedEx to open an investigation regarding your package.

SHIPPING

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military address, or shipping forwarding locations.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package while in transit.
  • We can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

GIFTING

  • Before finalising your order, you’ll have the option to write a personalised message that will be printed and included with your delivery.
  • When you place an order through your Dafuri.com account, the receipt will be emailed directly to the address linked to your account.
  • If you haven't received the email, please check your spam folder.

RETURN GUIDELINES

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

You can request a return through the following link: Request a Return.

  • Submit your cancellation/return request.
  • Return your items to us.
  • Please carefully pack the product along with the return card.
  • Once your order is received and inspected, a refund to your original payment method will be processed.
  • Once your return is delivered allow 3-5 business days for inspection.

RETURN POLICY

You have up to 7 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on Dafuri.com.

Orders must be returned by mail only.

  • Returned item(s) must be in in its original packaging, whether in the box or paper envelope it was delivered in.
  • Returned item(s) must be unused, and the tags must remain attached. Returns will not be accepted if the tags are removed or the item shows signs of wear.
  • If the product came with branded items, such as stickers, they must also be intact upon return.
  • When returning the item, please make sure to include the enclosed invoice or the return card that allows us to verify the order number/orderer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Once the product has been inspected and no issues are identified, a refund will be issued through the original payment method.
  • When returning items that are prone to damage or breakage, please ensure they are carefully repackaged before shipping.
  • Underwear, socks, and other accessories cannot be returned due to our hygiene policy.

REFUND PROCESSING

  • Returns without the enclosed return card will be rejected.
  • Returned item(s) that show signs of wear or are not in sellable condition may be subject to additional fees or may not be eligible for a refund.
  • During peak periods with high order volume, the processing time may extend by an additional 3-5 days beyond the usual 2-3 days.
  • A notification email will be sent as soon as the refund is processed.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or a request for a different size or color, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

DISCLAIMER

  • Items returned outside the specified guidelines will not be accepted and will be sent back to your provided shipping address.
  • Frequent returns or unusual patterns/activities will be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse future orders and cancellation requests. Please review our TERMS OF USE.

EXCHANGES

  • Dafuri.com does not offer exchanges.
  • We ask that you return the product for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s).
