At Dafuri, we aim to ensure a smooth and timely delivery for all your orders. Please review our shipping policy for detailed information on processing times, shipping methods, and other related details.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed on Dafuri.com are processed Monday to Friday.

  • Shipping will occur within 1-3 business days after the order is processed, excluding weekends and major holidays.

  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Shipping Address Modifications:

  • If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate the request but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been submitted.

  • For orders purchased through PayPal, shipping and delivery details cannot be modified after submission.

Shipping Options by Region

South Korea

  • Orders are shipped from South Korea.

  • In-store pickup is currently unavailable.

US, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong
We offer the following shipping rates:

  • US: Standard $13 | Express $30

  • Japan: Standard $7 | Express $20

  • Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong: Standard $9 | Express $25

International Shipping

  • Dafuri.com ships to most countries. Use the shipping cost calculator in your shopping bag to confirm availability and pricing for your region.

  • If your region is not listed, we are unable to ship to your location.

International Duties & Taxes

  • Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and customs fees.

  • We currently offer Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) shipping. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes upon delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, contact us at cs@dafuri.com within 2 weeks of placing your order.

  • Our team will work with FedEx to investigate the matter.

General Shipping Information

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or shipping forwarding locations.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

  • Orders can only be shipped to one address. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

Gifting Options

  • You can include a personalized message with your order, which will be printed and delivered with your package.

  • Receipts for orders are emailed to the account used for the purchase. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
